What does Drs. Samana Clinics offer?
The treatments offered by Drs. Samana Clinics include Fillers, Spierontspanners, Russian Threadlift, and Skin Therapy. You can find more information about our clinic in Rotterdam on the About Us page.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Existing appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. To do so, send an email to info@drsamana.nl.
If the appointment is not cancelled in time, your deposit will be retained. In the event of cancellation by the Client, Drs. Samana Clinics will make reasonable efforts to minimise the cancellation costs.
What are the prices and how do I pay?
Alle actuele prijzen vindt u op de pagina ‘Prijzen‘ Bij het maken van een afspraak vragen wij een klein bedrag als aanbetaling. Dit bedrag wordt na de behandeling meegerekend met het totaalbedrag. Het is mogelijk om bij ons te pinnen of contact te betalen.
Where can I go if I have a complaint?
Indien u niet tevreden bent over de dienstverlening, de totstandkoming en/ uitvoering van de behandelingsovereenkomst van Drs. Samana Clinics kunt u deze klachten zo spoedig mogelijk, maar uiterlijk binnen 2 weken na de betreffende aanleiding dat tot de klacht heeft geleid te melden. Klachten kunnen gemeld worden via info@drsamana.nl met als onderwerp “klacht”.
Do I need to come for a follow-up appointment?
Indien u voor de zekerheid op controle wilt komen, dan kunt u deze afspraak via de telefoon of email met ons plannen. Stuur hiervoor een bericht naar info@drsamana.nl met als onderwerp “afspraak controle”.
Aftercare for Filler treatments
After treatment with a Hyaluronic Acid filler, we recommend the following:
- Do not apply makeup for the first 2 to 4 hours after the treatment, as there are small injection points.
- Cool the treated area well during the first few hours.
- Avoid visiting the sauna for the first 14 days.
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for the first 14 days.
- For lip filler treatments, after the first 3 days, gently massage the lips 3 times a day for 4 days.
- For lip filler treatments, avoid alcohol, drugs, and tobacco for the first 24 hours.
- The treated area may be slightly swollen and feel tender.
- Bruising can appear immediately after treatment. In most people, bruises remain visible for about a week, though in some cases they may take up to two weeks to fully disappear.
- During the first week, the treated area may feel uneven. The injected material may be noticeable (but not visible) for the first weeks, and this will gradually subside. Some swelling can persist during the first week. The final result will be visible after about 14 days.
Aftercare for Spierontspanners treatments
After treatment with Botulinum Toxin, we recommend the following:
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid intense physical exercise for the first 24 hours.
- Do not bend over for the first 4 hours after treatment.
- Be cautious with the use of alcohol, smoking, or drugs during the first 24 hours.
- The treated area may be slightly swollen and feel tender.
- Bruising may appear immediately after treatment. In most people, bruises remain visible for about a week, though in some cases they may take up to two weeks to fully disappear.
- The optimal result becomes visible after about 14 days.
Aftercare for PDO Threadlift treatments
After a Threadlift treatment, we recommend the following:
- Avoid intense physical exercise for the first 10 days.
- Do not undergo any facial treatments for the first 3 weeks.
- Be cautious with the use of alcohol, smoking, or drugs during the first 24 hours.
- The treated area may be slightly swollen and feel tender.
- Bruising may appear immediately after treatment. In most people, bruises remain visible for about a week, though in some cases they may take up to two weeks to fully disappear.
- The optimal result becomes visible after about 2 months, due to collagen stimulation.
- The treated area may remain sensitive for the first 3 weeks.
