For optimal recovery and results, we recommend following these guidelines:
- Avoid intense physical activity for 24 hours after the treatment.
- Do not expose the treated areas to extreme heat or cold, such as saunas or tanning beds, for at least a week.
- Firmly massage the treated areas. Repeat this every day, 2 times for at least 2 weeks.
- Avoid applying makeup to the treated areas for 24 hours.
